Organized in collaboration with T3 Foundation, Yıldız Technical University, and the TEKNOFEST Club, Milli Teknoloji Zirvesi will bring together leading experts from various fields of technology and the defense industry on May 12–13, 2026, at the YTU Historical Hammam Culture Center.
Throughout the two-day summit, a wide range of topics including artificial intelligence, space technologies, defense industry, financial technologies, entrepreneurship, and nuclear energy will be discussed.

The program will begin with registration and welcoming between 09:00 and 10:00. In the opening speeches session, T3 Foundation Board Chair Dr. Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır and Yıldız Technical University Rector Prof. Dr. Eyüp Debik will address the participants.
During the “Artificial Intelligence Panel,” starting at 11:00, SETA & ETA Research Director Dr. Gloria Shkurti Özdemir and Trendyol Head of Data Science, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing Dr. Tolga Ahmet Kalaycı will discuss the latest developments in artificial intelligence technologies. The panel will be moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mert Bal.
Following the lunch break, the “Space Panel” will feature TUSAŞ Software Engineering Manager Akın Yılmaz and TÜBİTAK UZAY Senior Chief Researcher Erol Güven, who will share insights into ongoing studies in space technologies. The session will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Ufuk Sakarya.
Later in the day, a space talk with Prof. Dr. Arif Karabeyoğlu will take place. This will be followed by the panel titled “Paradigm Shift on the Battlefield: Autonomy, Swarm Intelligence, and Loitering Munitions,” where SKYDAGGER General Manager Mehmet Öztekin and STM Business Development Manager Mustafa Aygar will discuss next-generation defense technologies. The panel will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Ahmet Serdar Türk.
The second day of the summit will begin with registration and welcoming. Afterwards, the “Finance Panel” will bring together Takasbank Infrastructure and Corporate Application Development Director Faruk Selman Lekesiz, Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank Deputy General Manager of Digital Banking and Payment Systems Dr. Okan Acar, and Presidency Investment and Finance Office Advisor Ahmet Cüneyt Selçuk to discuss financial technologies and digital transformation processes. The session will be moderated by Dr. Hülya Bulut.
Following the lunch break, the “Entrepreneurship Panel” will feature T3 Foundation Board of Trustees Member İrem Bayraktar Aksakal, Informatics Valley General Manager Erkam Tüzgen, and Istanbul Technical University Ginova Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adnan Veysel Ertemel, who will discuss the entrepreneurship ecosystem and innovation processes. The panel will be moderated by Ufuk Batum.
The final session of the summit, the “Nuclear Panel,” will include evaluations on nuclear energy technologies by Prof. Dr. Üner Çolak from Istanbul Technical University, Lecturer Dr. Ahmet Kağan Mercan from Hacettepe University, NITR President Alikaan Çiftçi, and TENMAK Nuclear Energy Research Institute Coordinator Dr. Volkan Şimşek.
The summit will conclude with the closing program at 18:00 on May 13.
