Within the scope of TEKNOFEST 2025, which brings together Turkey's technology-driving youth, one of the standout competitions this year is the AI-Powered Address Parsing Hackathon, organized in collaboration with Hepsiburada. The competition is designed as a two-stage event aiming to solve inconsistencies in address data using artificial intelligence and data science technologies.
Organized to find solutions to address inconsistencies and data complexity encountered in Hepsiburada’s last-mile delivery processes, this competition invites young people interested in developing innovative approaches in fields such as artificial intelligence, natural language processing (NLP), geographic information systems (GIS), and data mining.
Held in two stages — Preliminary Evaluation and Physical Hackathon — the competition will assess the technical competence and problem-solving skills of participating teams in the initial stage. The most successful teams will be invited to the Physical Hackathon stage. In this stage, selected teams will develop solutions using real-world address data and present them to the jury. At the end of the competition, the winners will be awarded.
The competition is open to students currently enrolled in associate, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs, as well as individuals who have graduated within the past year. Teams must consist of two to four members.
The final application deadline is August 6, and the prizes are as follows: 120,000 TL for first place, 100,000 TL for second place, and 90,000 TL for third place.
