Organized under the leadership of the Türkiye Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) and the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, TEKNOFEST—the world’s largest aviation, space, and technology festival—brings together millions of technology enthusiasts in Istanbul once again! Having welcomed nearly 11 million visitors so far, the festival will once again unite millions with the excitement of science, technology, and innovation, enriched by the historical and cultural spirit of Istanbul. Taking place at Atatürk Airport between September 17-21, TEKNOFEST Istanbul will host a wide range of events—from innovation-driven competitions to breathtaking air shows—that combine technology and excitement.

Opening the doors to the future with competitions supporting technological development in strategic fields
Standing out with categories that support advancement in critical technologies, TEKNOFEST Istanbul will feature competitions across 58 main and 137 subcategories. Teams passing the preliminary rounds will benefit from over 85 million TL in financial support, while winning teams will receive awards exceeding 65 million TL in total.
More than 565,000 teams and 1.1 million participants have applied to the technology competitions within TEKNOFEST Istanbul, aiming to turn their dreams into reality. These competitions, held across 58 main and 137 subcategories, will showcase innovative ideas and bring together students, entrepreneurs, and technology enthusiasts who will shape the future of science and technology.

From children to youth, families to technology lovers, TEKNOFEST Istanbul promises an unforgettable five days for visitors of all ages. The festival will feature breathtaking air shows, thrilling concerts and stage performances, eye-opening exhibitions and educational workshops, immersive simulation zones, a planetarium offering a journey to the stars, science shows, the TEKNOFEST Time Tunnel showcasing the past and present of technology, exhibitions of Türkiye’s nationally developed land, sea, and air vehicles, fair events, and even special first-flight experiences for students.

The powerful voice of Turkish Rock, Kıraç, live at TEKNOFEST Istanbul!
On September 19, TEKNOFEST Istanbul will host an unforgettable music feast. Renowned Turkish rock artist Kıraç will meet his fans on the festival stage at 19:00 with his powerful voice and unique interpretations. Known for his stage energy and unforgettable songs, Kıraç will deliver an electrifying performance, adding the magic of music to the science-and-technology-filled atmosphere of TEKNOFEST.

The wings of national technology soar over Istanbul skies!
From September 17-21, Istanbul Atatürk Airport will be the stage for dazzling aviation and defense industry air shows. At the festival, SOLOTÜRK and the Turkish Stars will dance in the sky, while F-16 fighter jets push the limits of speed and power. The ATAK helicopter will impress with agility and dynamism, while Hürkuş will draw attention with its original design. Among the stars of the festival, Anka will showcase cutting-edge technology, Bayraktar TB2 and TB3 will demonstrate superior surveillance capabilities, and the mighty Bayraktar Akıncı— with its powerful stance and high payload capacity—will proudly reflect Türkiye’s vision for aviation.

Entry to TEKNOFEST Istanbul is completely free of charge. However, visitors must complete online registration to enter the festival area. Visitor access will be open between 09:00 and 19:00 daily. To ensure faster and easier transportation while reducing traffic congestion around the venue, visitors are encouraged to use public transportation.
