Team Vitesse founded in 2023 by Dayan Shahid, is a UAV research team from NUST, focused on disaster management, search & rescue, and tactical UAV applications. From starting with minimal resources to becoming a self-funded, internationally recognized team, Vitesse has consistently pushed the boundaries of UAV technology.
The team formed with a shared passion for aerial innovation, overcoming financial and technical challenges through dedication and teamwork. Team members, spanning Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics, and Software Engineering, handle aircraft design, avionics, AI navigation, and mission planning. Advisors provide expertise, while individual stories showcase diverse backgrounds and experiences.
