In this high-stakes competition, individual pilots will race their high-speed, agile FPV (First Person View) drones head-to-head. From among 182 applicants, 22 competitors from 13 different provinces—who successfully completed the first stage held during TEKNOFEST TRNC—will take on this demanding round.
The drones participating in the race stand out with a maximum diameter of 250 mm, 6S (22.2V) battery voltage, and carbon fiber bodies. The races will be conducted exclusively using analog video transmission systems. Competitors will be evaluated based on speed, timing, agility, and obstacle navigation. Drones that fail to meet technical requirements or pose a safety risk will not be allowed to compete.
The elimination-style races will culminate in cash prizes and a prestigious opportunity: the topperforming pilots will not only win monetary awards but also earn the right to represent Turkey at the internationally renowned World Drone Cup. At the end of the stage, the firstplace winner will receive 30,000 TRY, second place 20,000 TRY, and third place 10,000 TRY. Each participant will also be provided with a set of motors for technical support.
