Within the scope of TEKNOFEST 2023, the finals of the Robotaxi-Full Scale Autonomous Vehicle Competition, organized by BİLİŞİM VADİSİ and TÜBİTAK, will be held in Bilişim Vadisi between 10-13 April 2023. This year, a total of 471 teams applied to the competition, which was organized into two categories: The Unique Vehicle Category and The Autonomous-Ready Vehicle Category. Among these teams, a total of 31 teams qualified for the finals, 8 teams in the Autonomous-Ready Vehicle Category and 23 teams in the Unique Vehicle Category.

In the competition, the main purpose of which is the development of autonomous driving algorithms, teams in the "Unique Vehicle Category" compete to be the best by producing and software all vehicles from A to Z. In the "Autonomous-Ready Vehicle Category", teams run their software on autonomous vehicle platforms provided by Bilişim Vadisi. The rule that applies to both categories is to perform various tasks autonomously in a real track environment. In the final of the competition, the first prize will be 130 thousand TL, the second 110 thousand TL, and the third 90 thousand TL in the "Unique Vehicle Category". In the "Autonomous-Ready Vehicle Category", the first prize will be 100 thousand TL, the second will be 80 thousand TL, and the third will be 60 thousand TL.
