From TEKNOFEST to the Green Homeland Campaign: 1,032,000 Saplings Supported!
The Türkiye Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) is making a meaningful contribution to nature and the future on behalf of TEKNOFEST, the world’s largest aerospace, aviation, and technology festival.
As part of “Breath for the Future”, Türkiye's most comprehensive and sustainable national afforestation initiative led by the General Directorate of Forestry (OGM) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, T3 Foundation will support the Green Homeland Campaign with 1,032,000 saplings on National Afforestation Day, November 11.

Saplings Planted Across Turkey
T3 Foundation has organized tree-planting activities in cities where TEKNOFEST has been held, including Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Adana, Gaziantep, and Samsun. This year, representing the visitor numbers of the recently held TEKNOFEST Istanbul, 1,032,000 saplings will be planted—symbolizing both a breath of fresh air for nature and the vision of a Turkey that grows with future technologies.
This meaningful support not only highlights environmental awareness but also embodies the National Technology Initiative vision instilled in the younger generation.

Speaking about this initiative, Dr. Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır, Chairman of the Board of T3 Foundation, said:
“Within the vision of the National Technology Initiative, it is very important for us that our youth grow up not only as technology creators but also as environmentally conscious and responsible generations. Every visitor to TEKNOFEST represents hope, ideas, and values for the future.
By planting 1,032,000 saplings, we are giving breath to nature and sowing that hope into the soil. We believe that every sapling planted today will grow into the roots of a green, strong, and fully independent Turkey of tomorrow.”
