AYDINLATMA METNİ
TEKNOFEST Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Hakkında Aydınlatma Metni
TEKNOFEST olarak kişisel verilerinizi önemsiyor, şeffaf ve güvenli bir iletişim deneyimi sunmayı taahhüt ediyoruz. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ile söz konusu verilerin serbest dolaşımına ilişkin 27 Nisan 2016 tarihli (AB) 2016/679 sayılı Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü uyarınca, T3 Vakfı olarak, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla, TEKNOFEST üzerinden işlenen kişisel verileriniz hakkında sizleri bilgilendirmek isteriz.
Aşağıda hangi verileri neden topladığımızı, bu verilerle ne yaptığımızı, verilerinizi nasıl koruduğumuzu ve haklarınızı açık bir şekilde bulabilirsiniz.

VERİ SORUMLUSU

Kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla T3 Vakfı tarafından aşağıda açıklanan çerçevede işlenmektedir.

İŞLENEN KİŞİSEL VERİLER

Uygulamamızın sunduğu hizmetlerden yararlanmanız için bazı temel verilere ihtiyaç duyuyoruz. Bazı verilerinizin tüm TEKNOFEST hizmetleri içi gerekli olduğunu ve bazılarının da kullanıcının isteğine bağlı olduğunu belirtmeliyiz. Bu kapsamda aşağıdaki kişisel verileriniz işlenebilmektedir:

Kimlik bilgileri: Ad-Soyadı, Kullanıcı adı, Profil fotoğrafı, Doğum tarihi
İletişim bilgileri: Telefon numarası, e-posta adresi
Cihaz ve İşlem Bilgileri: Ağ kodu, IP adresi, Cihaz modeli, log kayıtları vb.
Mesaj içerikleri: Yazılı mesajlar, Sesli mesajlar, Medya içerikleri (uçtan uca şifreli olarak korunur ve bizim tarafımızdan erişilemez)
Erişim izni verdiyseniz telefon rehberiniz: Kişilerin adları ve telefon numaraları
Konum bilgisi: sadece sizin açık rızanız ile uygulama içindeki konum paylaşım özelliği kapsamında işlenir
Uygulama kullanım verileri: giriş/çıkış zamanları, sohbet geçmişi, ayarlar, tercih edilen dil vb.

TEKNOFEST, uygulama üzerinden kurduğunuz iletişimin içeriğiyle alakalı herhangi bir veri toplamaz çünkü uçtan uca şifreleme teknolojisi kullanıyoruz. Güvenliğiniz önceliğimiz!

KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN İŞLENME AMAÇLARI

Toplanan kişisel verileriniz uygulamamızın teknik işleyişi ve sizlere daha iyi bir iletişim deneyimi sunmak amacıyla aşağıdaki şekilde kullanılmaktadır.
Uygulamanın çalışmasının sağlanması ve hizmet sunulması

Kullanıcı güvenliğinin sağlanması ve kötüye kullanımın engellenmesi
İletişim hizmetlerinin sağlanması
Kullanıcı deneyiminin geliştirilmesi
Teknik destek ve müşteri hizmetlerinin sağlanması
Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi

Bu kapsamda, verileriniz yalnızca şirketimizin yetkilendirilmiş çalışanları tarafından erişilebilir olup, görev tanımları ile sınırlandırılmış bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Verilere erişim, güçlü şifreleme yöntemleri ve diğer güvenlik protokolleriyle korunmakta, izinsiz erişimlere karşı tüm teknik ve idari tedbirler alınmaktadır. Ayrıca, kişisel verileriniz şirketimizin güvenli sunucularında saklanmakta ve ulusal ile uluslararası standartlara uygun siber güvenlik tedbirleri uygulanmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, verileriniz en fazla bir yıl süreyle saklanacak olup, bu sürenin sonunda, ilgili mevzuat uyarınca gerekli olmadıkça veya hukuki bir zorunluluk bulunmadıkça, güvenli bir şekilde silinecek, yok edilecek veya anonim hale getirilecektir. İmha işlemleri, Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve ilgili düzenlemeler çerçevesinde belirlenen usullere uygun olarak gerçekleştirilmektedir.

KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN AKTARILMASI

Kişisel verileriniz sadece yukarıda belirtilen amaçlar doğrultusunda;

Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarıyla

Yurt içi/yurt dışı teknoloji altyapısı sağlayıcıları ve hizmet aldığımız firmalarla (ör. Bulut hizmetleri, telekomünikasyon, SMS, ve mail sağlayıcıları, konum verileri sağlayıcısı, barındırma hizmetleri)
Hukuki süreçlerin yürütülmesi amacıyla yetkili kişi, kurum ve kuruluşlarla KVKK’nın 8. ve 9. Maddeleri uyarınca gerekli idari ve teknik önlemler alınarak aktarılabilir.

Yurt dışına veri aktarımı, yalnızca açık rızanız doğrultusunda sınırlı ve gerekli olduğu kadarıyla paylaşılabilir. (bilgiler, altyapı hizmeti aldığımız Amazon Web Services (AWS) şirketine ait yurtdışında bulunan sunucular üzerinde saklanmaktadır. à buna benzer
Verileriniz hiçbir zaman ticari amaçlarla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz ya da satılmaz.
Verileriniz, sektör standartlarında şifreleme yöntemleri ve güvenlik protokolleriyle korunur. Yetkisiz erişim, kayıp, kötüye kullanıma karşı düzenli güvenlik testleri yapılmaktadır.

KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN TOPLANMA YÖNTEMİ VE HUKUKİ SEBEBİ

Verileriniz;

Mobil uygulama ve web arayüzleri üzerinden kullanıcı tarafından doğrudan sağlanması
Cihaz üzerinden otomatik yollarla (çerezler, SDK loglar)
Müşteri hizmetleri, destek birimleri veya e-posta aracılığıyla

Toplanmakta ve aşağıdaki hukuki sebeplere dayanarak yukarıda ifade edilen amaçlar doğrultusunda kısmen veya tamamen;

Açık rızanın bulunduğu
Kanunlarda açıkça öngörüldüğü
Veri işlemenin, bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması durumunda
TEKNOFEST’in hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması durumunda
Söz konusu veri işlemenin bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için
İlgili kişilerin temel hak ve özgürlükleri ihlal edilmemek kaydıyla, TEKNOFEST’in meşru menfaatleri için zorunlu olduğu durumlarda

işlenebilecektir.
Kişisel verileriniz, yalnızca bu aydınlatma metninde belirtilen meşru ve belirli amaçlar doğrultusunda gerekli olduğu ölçüde işlenecektir. Toplanan verileriniz, bu amaçlar dışında hiçbir şekilde kullanılmaz, saklanmaz ve paylaşılmaz. Kişisel verilerin başka amaçlarla işlenmesi gerektiği durumlarda uygulama önceki veri işleme amaçlarına uygunluğunu değerlendirecek ve TEKNOFEST yeni amaç doğrultusunda işlemeden önce tarafınıza aydınlatmada bulunacaktır.
T3 Vakfı, bünyesinde tuttuğu verilere yetkisiz erişimi önlemek ve verilerin bütünlüğünü korumak adına hem teknik hem idari çeşitli güvenlik tedbirleri uygulamaktadır:

Şifreleme ve Erişim Kontrolleri: Hassas verilere erişim kontrollü bir şekilde sağlanmakta, yalnızca yetkili personel gerekli sistemlere erişebilmektedir. Şirket içinde parola politikaları (karmaşık şifre kullanımı, düzenli şifre değişimi) uygulanır ve bazı kritik sistemlere erişimde (t3kys) iki faktörlü kimlik doğrulama yöntemleri kullanılmaktadır. Dizüstü bilgisayarlar ve taşınabilir cihazlar için disk şifreleme (ör. Veracrypt) uygulanarak, cihaz kaybolsa bile veriye yetkisiz erişim riski azaltılır. İnternet üzerinden erişilen şirket servisleri (e-posta, uzaktan erişim vb.) VPN ve SSL/TLS gibi şifreli iletişim protokolleri üzerinden sunulur.
Loglama ve İzleme: T3 Vakfı IT altyapısında kullanıcı aktiviteleri ve sistem erişimleri kayıt altına alınmaktadır. Örneğin, sunuculara kimin, ne zaman bağlandığı, hangi veriyi görüntülediği veya güncellediği gibi işlemler loglanmaktadır. Firewall ve SIEM sistemleri de log tutarak yetkisiz erişim teşebbüslerini veya anormal etkinlikleri kaydetmektedir. Bu loglar periyodik olarak izlenmekte ve gerektiğinde güvenlik ihlallerini tespit etmek için analiz edilmektedir. Ayrıca, anti-virüs ve anti-malware yazılımları tüm istemci ve sunucularda etkin durumdadır ve düzenli taramalar yapılmaktadır.

VERİ SAKLAMA

Topladığımız kişisel verileriniz, yalnızca işleme amaçlarımızın gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve ilgili mevzuatlarda belirtilen zaman dilimleriyle sınırlı olarak saklanmaktadır. Veri saklama süreleri şu prensiplere göre belirlenir:
Hizmet Süresi Boyunca: Uygulamayı aktif olarak kullandığınız sürece verileriniz, hesabınıza bağlı olarak sistemlerimizde saklanır.
Yasal yükümlülükler: Vergi, ticaret ve bilişim suçlarına ilişkin mevzuat gereği bazı veriler (örneğin IP kayıtları, işlem kayıtları) belirli bir süre boyunca saklanmak zorundadır. Bu süre sona erdiğinde veriler silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.
Yedeklemeler: Sohbet geçmişi veya medya dosyalarınızın yedeğini alma seçeneğini kullanmanız durumunda, bu yedekler sadece sizin erişebileceğiniz şekilde şifrelenerek saklanır. Bu veriler, talebiniz doğrultusunda silinebilir.
Veri saklama süresi sona erdiğinde kişisel verileriniz, KVKK’ya uygun şekilde otomatik olarak silinir, yok edilir veya anonimleştirilir. Süre bitse bile verilerinizi sizin onayınız olmadan başka bir amaçla tutmayız.

KVKK KAPSAMINDAKİ HAKLARINIZ

KVKK’nın 11.maddesi uyarınca, veri sahibi olarak aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
İşleme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
Kanun’a uygun olarak silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
Düzeltme, silme, yok etme işlemlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler ile analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonucun çıkmasına itiraz etme
Kanuna aykırı veri işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

İşbu Aydınlatma Metni, KVKK ve ilgili mevzuattaki değişiklikler doğrultusunda güncellenebilir. En güncel versiyona uygulama içinden veya https://www.teknofest.org/tr/contact/ üzerinden ulaşabilirsiniz. Aydınlatma Metninde yapılan güncellemeler ve değişiklikler Uygulama ve web sitesinde yayınlandığı tarihten itibaren geçerli olacaktır.

Privacy Policy

Definitions
The following terms that are employed in this clarification text respectively refer to:
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,
Law on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL): The Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data that went into effect by being published on the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016,
TEKNOFEST: TEKNOFEST Aerospace and Technology Festival,
Stakeholder Institutions: Turkish Technology Team Foundation, Ministry of Industry and Technology of Republic of Türkiye and all stakeholder institutions contributing to the organization of the Festival,
Data Processor: Natural or legal person who processes personal data based on the authority granted by and on behalf of the data controller,
Data Controller: Natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, and who is responsible for establishment and management of the filing system.

Data Controller
Pursuant to the PDPL, your personal data that you share as the addressee, member, scholarship student, volunteer, trainee, supplier, visitor, award recipient, supported, program partner and/or foundation employee/manager will be utilized within the scope specified below by the Stakeholder Institutions as the data controller.

Personal Data Collection Method, Purpose and Legal Reasons
Your personal data, in line with the purposes designated in the law and Stakeholder Institutions’ policy;

Scholarship application forms,
Website contact forms of Stakeholder Institutions,
Competition application forms,
Startup application forms,
Other than the application via the website, also the documents delivered physically,
Communications via social media or directly or authorized communication channels and physical channels,
Any documents, e-mails, faxes, or mails that you have provided to us or requested by us,
Information obtained as a result of telephone conversations with authorized personnel who contacted you on behalf of the Stakeholder Institutions,
Membership, application, or feedback forms that you have filled electronically or physically,
Audio-visual recordings of trainings on online education platforms and face-to-face meetings to ensure continuity of education and to be used in next trainings,
CV information obtained through TEKNOFEST Career platform,
In addition, within the framework of legal reasons arising and executed based on the relevant legislation, contract, request, general practice, and the rules of good faith, your personal data, including special categories of personal data can be collected, processed and transferred by written, verbal or electronic methods or with your explicit consent, by the methods listed above and pursuant to different legal reasons for the purposes specified in this clarification text within the scope of the processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL, for the purposes of the Stakeholder Institutions to continue its activities and in accordance with the basic principles prescribed in the PDPL.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Stakeholder Institutions's mission and purposes, in accordance with the preservation rules, in line with the following activities of the Stakeholder Institutions.

Legal Reasons of Processing Personal Data
The Stakeholder Institutions processes data within the framework specified in the PDPL and pursuant to the law and rules of honesty in a way that is always related, restricted and balanced to the following purposes;

Providing scholarship support to undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students,
Organizing workshops for middle school and high school students,
Providing financial support to teams preparing for national and international competitions,
Supporting startups by providing investment, offices, mentors, prototype workshops and technical experts,
Conducting entrepreneurship and R&D studies for producing products, systems and components within the National Technology Initiative and supporting scientific studies realized in these areas,
Realizing and joining organizations, seminars, competition programs, workshop studies, educational platforms etc. that are organized with the natural persons and legal entities with whom the Stakeholder Institutions in collaboration,
Organizing seminars,
Ensuring the security of the physical environment,
Conducting communication processes,
Execution of social media studies,
Conducting internal audit, investigation, and intelligence processes,
Conducting risk management processes,
Ensuring the security of data controllers’ operations,
Accepting and evaluating suggestions for improving business processes, scientific studies, operations of the Stakeholder Institutions,
Conducting collaboration processes,
Conducting operations to ensure business continuity,
Conducting management operations,
Organization and event management,
Providing qualified personnel to the institutions and job opportunities to young people,
Conducting skills/career development operations,
Conducting audit/ethics operations,
Conducting processes related to management of emergency situations,
Conducting processes related to information security,
Processing audiovisual recordings of trainings to increase continuity and efficiency of trainings within online education platforms, using and sharing them in line with this purpose,
Providing the information needed by the relevant/authorized government institutions, legal or administrative jurisdiction authorities and law enforcement officiers.

Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is processed to firstly realize abovementioned purposes and on the condition that they are stipulated in the law pursuant to 8/2/a subclause of the PDPL and 5/1/, 5/2/a-c-ç-e-f subclauses of the PDPL, conclude a contract or they are being directly related to enforcement of the contract, realize the activities of the Stakeholder Institutions, ensure continuity of the online and face-to-face trainings, processing data is compulsory to fulfil a legal obligation, processing data is compulsory to establish, enjoy and protect a right, processing data is compulsory based one or more legal reasons for the legitimate interest of data controller as long as they do not violate the fundamental rights and freedom of the relevant person and explicit consent is given when necessary and pursuant to Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, for the above-mentioned purposes, your personal data, competitor team and team member information may be transferred to third parties deemed necessary (affiliated institution/school, program partners, collaborating institutions, foundation managers/employees, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, legally authorized private legal persons or foreign countries) within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes in order to continue the activities of the Stakeholder Institutions.
Pursuant to the Law No 8 and 9 of the PDPL, visual recordings of trainings on online education platforms and face-to-face meetings and personal data obtained during the training can be transferred to the people, who could not join the training, to ensure continuity and efficacy of the training, and those who receive recordings can send them to third parties depending on their preference.

Retention Period
Your personal data will be retained as long as you continue to join the activities affiliated with the Stakeholder Institutions and to follow the activities of the Stakeholder Institutions. It will continue to be retained for 10 years from the day the person’s relationship with the TEKNOFEST ends. In any case, your personal data will be removed or anonymized in accordance with the PDPL at the end of the retention period as set forth in the relevant legal framework.

The Rights of the Personal Data Owner
Pursuant to article 11 of the PDPL, everyone, in connection with herself/himself, has the right to;
a) Learn whether or not her/his personal data have been processed;
b) Request information as to processing if her/his data have been processed;
c) Learn the purpose of processing of the personal data and whether data are used in accordance with their purpose;
d) Know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred;
e) Request rectification in case personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately;
f) Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth under article 7 of the PDPL;
g) Request notification of the operations made as per indents (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
h) Object to occurrence of any result that is to her/his detriment by means of analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems;
i) Request compensation for the damages in case the person incurs damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
