Student clubs operating under the umbrella of Yıldız Technical University (YTU) crowned the spiritual atmosphere and spirit of unity of the month of Ramadan with a meaningful organization. The "YTU Civilization Iftar," organized in cooperation with the YTU TEKNOFEST Club, the KÜME İz and Oluşum Community, and the Cansağlığı Club, was successfully held. Organized with the aim of uniting hearts, gathering around the same table, and sharing the peace and abundance of Ramadan, the event received great interest from the university youth. In the iftar program organized on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the Davutpaşa Campus Rectory Building, students coming together from different disciplines and clubs met around a single table. Experiencing the excitement of breaking their fast together and fostering friendships accompanied by heartfelt conversations, the participants once again demonstrated that the TEKNOFEST generation exhibits a strong unity not only in technology but also in cultural and spiritual values. Blending the abundance of Ramadan with the spirit of brotherhood of YTU, the Civilization Iftar was completed in a warm and sincere atmosphere with the intense participation of students. YTU TEKNOFEST Club students had a unique experience that will broaden their visions at Bilişim Vadisi, which shapes Türkiye's technological independence and domestic production ecosystem. During the visit to Bilişim Vadisi, the youth from YTU found the opportunity to closely witness the inner workings of technological startups, R&D studies, and innovative projects. Coming together with experts, the participants gained valuable insights into sectoral trends and the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Moving forward to uncover the behind-the-scenes of aviation and examine the massive scale of engineering on-site, the Yıldız Technical University (YTU) TEKNOFEST Club turned its route toward a global giant and successfully completed an exciting technical visit. The YTU TEKNOFEST Club organized a technical visit to Turkish Technic, one of the world's leading centers in the aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul industry. During the event held on Friday, March 27, 2026, future engineers found the opportunity to experience aviation technologies on-site. Young talents came together with the technologies of the future Aimed at bringing young talents together with the technologies of the future, the doors of massive aircraft hangars were opened to YTU students. Guided by expert engineers, participants observed with great interest how the giants of the sky undergo maintenance, as well as the advanced aviation technologies and global-standard engineering processes right at the heart of operations. Thanks to this technical visit, the young inventors of the TEKNOFEST generation not only gained the chance to closely get acquainted with the dynamics of the aviation sector but also acquired a grand vision that will guide their career journeys.
