The KTO Karatay University TEKNOFEST Community welcomed Karatay Science High School students to the university campus and organized an inspiring glider workshop to instill a passion for aviation in younger generations.

Throughout the event, the high school students received basic aviation training and learned the flight and working principles of gliders through hands-on applications. Transforming theoretical knowledge into practice, the youth found the opportunity to experience the world of engineering firsthand by designing and launching their own gliders.

In the thrilling competition held at the conclusion of the workshop, the ‘Semaların Fatihi' team clinched first place by demonstrating outstanding performance in the "longest distance" and "longest airtime" categories.
