The KTO Karatay University TEKNOFEST Society successfully carried out its UNIDES “Minik Hayaller Büyük Fikirler” (Small Dreams, Big Ideas) with great enthusiasm. Gathering with the students of Çumra Saliha Onbaşı Elementary School, the community members instilled a love for science and technology in young hearts.

In the first part of the event, the university youth introduced the children to the spirit of TEKNOFEST and explained how dreams can transform into reality through science and technology. Following this, a design workshop was organized using gifted cloth bags and felt-tip pens.

The most exciting moment of the day was the rocket launch demonstration held outdoors. Sent into the sky alongside the elementary school students, the rocket provided the children with a hands-on experience of the fun side of science.
